L'auberge espagnole
Places.
The story began in Paris, France, with the main character sat in a restaurant with a government's employeer who, while eating, told him about the requirements he needed.
That meeting due to main's character father's recomendation at someone's home in a middle lightened bedroom.
Xavier attended to Erasmus coordinator's office to obtain information, but he needed to visit various offices after a long walk to arrive.
In the travelling scenes, the airport, the airplane and the places visited were almost always shown in second plane so those were places merely used.
The first place in which he rest was interesting. The adolescents who mocked Xavier and terrified him in the 18th century-like neighborhood were a non usually shown scene in film with travellings.
The final apartment was very nice, I would like to live there, it may be funny and interesting. Apparently it has a common kitchen and living room, six dorms and a balcony. It is not cheap, which is the reason why there are many people living there and turn the apartment a little chaotic, that and that they were Erasmus students.
People.
Many incidental characters, or apparently incidental have been shown: the employeer, the father, the mother, Martine, the building's owner, the women in the university who inform Xavier about Erasmus...
The secondary characters could be his appartmentmates, very funny as a group, and the french marriage which met in the airport that look like a master-slave relationship.
Xavier is a polite, relaxed, quite and a home-made man which is trying, at his best, to get a job.
Plot.
It has been about a graduated man who needs, by instructions, to study a major degree in Economics in Spain, which will last a year, to get the posibility to obtain a job in the french government. When he moved to Spain, he need to get a place to live that year and obtained it with some others Erasmus students which arrived to Spain from different countries.

Inspired by Brave New World (book) Part 1
What kind of ideology is represented by the motto in the building?
The motto is: Community, Identity, Stability
My guess, is the pretention to build, from a society, a group named community which I define as a group that work together for a goal and could recognize each other as a sibling, creating with that strong relationships. After the community has been recognized, for them to having a feeling of belonging to the community, and unifying the feeling to a group's definiton for themselves then they get their identity. If they can their identity accepted by foreigners and they do not want to change it continuously, they would get a constant level of their identity and with that level not being modified enormously, the stability is acquired.
Is there such a thing as Natural Selection?
Of course it exist. But we need to specify, actually I must say this concept doesn't apply to the human anymore. Why?
There are many supports for humans to making them survive and don't forget people is not anymore required by nature because people basically stays in cities. With regulations and mass production it's difficult for people to develop their hidden or not often used habilities. Despite this, the majority of newborns are best fitted for the world that has been created than the creators, so the effect of the hand of natural selection is still slightly visible.
And for animals, there couldn't be more visible the mentioned hand, because, if humans stay away, their world is wild and that demand for the best use of their habilities to survive and reproduce and those habilities are inherited to nexts generations.
If you could decide who to reproduce/clone, who would you pick?
This is an incredibly hard question, I've been thinking on how to pick the ones with rights to reproduce, I haven't time to think about cloning.
Taking away the right to reproduce implies to remove the caracteristic of being a living being from that people. Very different than allow them to try and not getting it.
Besides, who can assure we aren't the best option that is allowed for us on our time? We have on our shoulders so many things, mainly knowledge, that if we had chosen to not live the disgraceful things, we wouldn't have the option to solve it.
And about cloning people, maybe the most intelligent people, not only about science, and people with natural defenses against diseases could be a good option.
